Coccinelle is taking part in Milan Design Week for the first time with a project that stems from its collaboration with Cracking Art, a brand that has transformed the regeneration of plastic into an artistic and innovative representation that has taken its over-sized animal installations into squares and onto the façades of buildings all over the world. The Cracking Art x Coccinelle project showcases the new Coccinelle Rabbit Bag. It is more than just an adorable rabbit-shaped bag; it is a practical work of art that celebrates the vibrant creativity and joint commitment to sustainability of both brands. This model is in reclaimed plastic. The material used for crafting the new and exclusive Coccinelle bags is derived from the pulverisation of artworks no longer in use in Cracking Art installations. Starting with a blend made up of 99% reclaimed plastic and with meticulous attention to detail, Coccinelle brings the Coccinelle Rabbit Bag to life. The surface of the bag may have micro bubbles or holes characteristic of the material made of recovered plastic.
